First and foremost, they wanted a striking new site design that their 200+ employees, and the families and the communities they serve would be proud of. Their new design has a terrific UX that introduces fun, energetic brand elements, clean and intuitive UX, and a terrific mobile experience (they have an extremely high percentage of mobile visitors).
At a Glance
With a diverse array of programs and services, each with a different application process, it was terribly complicated for people to decipher what programs they qualify for, so we dramatically simplified the process. We distilled the qualification process down to four simple questions. After completing those questions, we let site visitors know what programs they may qualify for, inviting them to start an application.
