United to Meet the Need
The Des Moines Area Religious Council is a unique interfaith organization tackling food insecurity across central Iowa. Their new site needed to not only reflect the warmth and compassion behind their mission—but also serve as a powerful digital tool to engage donors, educate the public.

The Flexibility of Content Blocks
We created a variety of content blocks that take full advantage of the new brand elements we created for DMARC. New accent graphics, patterns, and an expanded color palette all enhance their brand to give them a clean, modern look while opening the door for fresh new, always on-brand page layouts.
Interactive Quiz
Food insecurity is complex—and often misunderstood. To help DMARC educate potential donors and challenge common misperceptions, we created an interactive quiz that tests knowledge about the causes of hunger. The quiz serves as a conversation starter and a smart way to deepen visitor engagement while encouraging action and donations.
Find a Pantry
With more than a dozen food pantry locations—each with its own schedule—it had to be easy to find a pantry. We designed an interactive map that helps people quickly locate nearby pantries, view their hours, and even consider transportation options. The new system makes accessing food assistance faster, easier, and more user-friendly than ever.
Intranet
To make collaboration smoother between DMARC and its partner pantries, we developed a secure intranet. It features inventory updates, donation tracking, event calendars for staff training, and a shared resource library. The result is a centralized hub that helps pantries stay connected and better serve their communities.
